Retail Banking and Wealth Management
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role.
In this role, you will:
1. To achieve pre-set sales targets of personal banking products
2. To conduct needs-based selling activities through effective sales processes
3. To project a professional image while conducting sales activities
4. To promptly and effectively respond to customer enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
5. To prepare and submit sales progress reports on a regular basis
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above(recognized by the state)
2. One year or above working experience is preferred
3. Experience in sales-related function is preferred
4. Result-driven and able to work under pressure
5. Firm believer of long-term, ethical client relationship
6. Strong interpersonal skills and effective presentation skills
7. Customer-centric service mindset
8. Good spoken and written English is a plus
